Protein is an essential part of our diets, but as vegans/ vegetarians, it can sometimes be a challenge to get enough of it in. When we get enough protein in we start to notice major changes in our bodies like super shiny hair, muscle growth and overall more energy. It’s important to get most of our protein from the foods we eat, but vegan protein powders are a great way to supplement when we don’t get enough of the things we need, like amino acids.
